How these proceedings took place without the Gil Tyrees' involvement or consent is a legal atrocity for the ages. The impact on the current and future generations of D.C. area wifflers is hard to fathom -- I get queasy just thinking about it.
The sheer injustice of it all has spawned a meme phenomenon on the Internet of a trailer being superimposed on significant landmarks to help draw comparisons of the true impact of this horrific occurrence.
